RED BLUFF — November 2, 2026. Red Bluff Parks and Recreation lists River Park at 100 River Park Way with Sacramento River access, trails, a boat ramp and family picnic amenities. Its facility page also carries a construction notice dating from summer 2025.

Facilities in the directory

The city’s reservation page identifies walking trails, bicycle path connections, picnic tables, ADA parking, restrooms and recreation areas, plus McGlynn Pool. Hours and operational status are not specified for every facility.

A dated construction warning

The page says River Park was expected to undergo improvements beginning late summer 2025. That announcement by itself does not confirm which facilities are open or under construction in November 2026; visitors should check the current city recreation office before relying on the older notice.

Safety around the river

Boat access and fishing depend on Sacramento River conditions, current regulations and any local closures. A visible ramp is not assurance that boating is safe after high flows, construction or an incident.
