RED BLUFF — November 2, 2026. Tehama County Library’s Red Bluff branch at 545 Diamond Avenue has separate staffed and self-service operating hours. Patrons must enroll in advance to use the early self-service period.
Two schedules, different access
The library lists weekday staffed hours from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. and registered self-service access from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. It is closed on Saturday and Sunday under the published schedule.
What early access requires
The county says a valid library card and advance sign-up at the circulation desk are necessary. Residents should not assume early unstaffed entry is available to every visitor or that staff-assisted services can be provided at that time.
Copies, scanning and questions
The library lists ten-cent black-and-white printing and copying, cash and coins only, and a free document scanner at Red Bluff. Fax service is not provided. Contact 530-527-0604 for device needs or accessibility arrangements.
